How long does it take to create and ship my order?
Each bottle is meticulously handcrafted to your specifications, requiring a production time of 4-6 weeks from the date of your order. Once finished, shipping within the U.S. takes 3-7 business days, based on your location and selected shipping method. Need it faster? Rush options are available for an additional fee—contact us to request a rush order.
Where do you ship?
We proudly ship across the United States! Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your location. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Will my bottle arrive safely?
We package every bottle with the utmost care, using protective materials to safeguard the rhinestones, pearls, and custom details during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll address it promptly.
Refund Policy
Can I get a refund on my custom order?
Due to the personalized nature of our bedazzled bottles, we do not offer refunds once production begins. Every design is made to order, tailored to your unique specifications, which makes returns or refunds impractical. However, we understand plans can change—see our cancellation policy below for flexibility.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked. Simply reach out to us within this window, and we’ll process your refund immediately. After 24 hours, production starts, and we’re unable to offer cancellations or refunds due to the custom work already underway.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
If you need to adjust your personalization details (e.g., a name, photo, or date), please contact us within 24 hours of ordering. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before production begins, but after that point, modifications are no longer possible.
