Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. Need it sooner? Rush options are available for an additional fee—just contact us for details!
Image What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. That said, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, the customization process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Image Do you only design bottles for weddings?
Not at all! While our bottles are a stunning addition to weddings, they’re perfect for all celebrations, including anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, and any occasion that deserves a sparkling touch.
Image Are the bottles functional, or are they just decorative?

Our bottles are both! They’re gorgeous keepsakes that can also be used. They are pre-filled (brand may vary), you can enjoy the champagne inside; otherwise, they make fabulous decorative pieces for your event.
